Hi, I’m Linda! I’m 27, from Germany, and currently chasing my dream of living and working abroad. I’m responsible, creative and love meeting new people, experiencing different cultures and just taking opportunities as they come to explore the world.

My family and friends would say I’m adventurous and outgoing. I love getting out, trying new things, stepping out of my comfort zone and going after any outdoorsy adventure or adrenaline rush I can find.

I’m very outdoorsy and happiest when I’m surrounded by nature whether it’s hiking, climbing, or exploring new landscapes. Being active, trying new challenges and learning along the way really motivate me. Creativity is a big part of who I am and I enjoy bringing fresh ideas and positive energy into everything I do.

I’ve worked in childcare, hospitality, business administration and as an outdoor guide and I love opportunities where I can combine teamwork, responsibility and adventure.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I’ve been lucky to work in lots of different areas all over the world, and each experience has shaped who I am today:

Childcare – I’ve spent over 10 years babysitting, worked as n Au Pair in Australia and looked after kids as a camp supervisor in Germany. I really enjoy being around children, keeping them safe and happy and coming up with fun, engaging activities.

Hospitality & Tourism – I have a degree in tourism and I’ve worked in hotels and customer service roles, including at TUI Magic Life, an international holiday resort. There I worked as an Entertaine leading activities for children and adults, and as a host making sure all guests felt welcome. I can confidently address both children’s and parents’ needs, handle complaints and ensure everyone has a great experience.

Outdoor Guiding – In Finnish and Swedish Lapland I guided outdoor tours and led activities in diverse weather conditions. I loved guiding tours with people from all over the world and making sure they had unforgettable experiences while sharing my passion with like-minded people.

Animals & Farm Life – I have a real passion for living and working with animals. As a child & teenager we always went on farm stays for holidays and while my parents wanted to explore the surroundings, I loved spending the whole day helping out on the farm. I enjoy being surrounded by animals and contributing to their care.

Creative Work – I love expressing myself through watercolours, painting, DIY projects, macramé and photography. I enjoy learning new creative skills and sharing them with others.

Hands-On & Practical Skills – I don’t shy away from getting my hands dirty. I have basic to good knowledge of building, fixing and practical projects and I recently did some welding. I enjoy doing handy work and am eager to learn more.

Living & Working Abroad – I’ve lived and worked in Australia, Sweden, Finland, Türkiye and am now continuing my journey abroad. These experiences made me open-minded, adaptable and excited to connect with people from different cultures.

Was noch ...

I love being outdoors and trying new things - hiking, climbing, surfing, bouldering or all different sorts of sports.
I’m a creative person and enjoy photography, DIYs and coming up with fun ideas.
I’m also a massive fan of board games and always up for a good game night.
