We just moved to Uruguay, currently in Montevideo and looking to discover more of the country!

Beschreibung

Hey there! We are Shem and Maia, recent immigrants in Uruguay :) We moved to Montevideo recently with our lovely dog, Luka. We can offer help with plenty of things: Shem is a great cook and worked in manual labour, and has a lot of knowledge about computers and tech. Maia is great with plants and animals, has 10 years of experience working with kids, knows 4 languages and is good at DIY crafts. We're both good with housework, farmwork and artistic endeavours. And Luka herself is great with children, for any dog lovers.

We're looking to get to know Uruguay better and explore places outside central Montevideo. We trend towards a more rural, quiet lifestyle, but in general are looking to explore the country, its culture and its people :)

(Note: We're always with our dog Luka, so we need a place that accepts pets)

Maia and Shem both speak Hebrew and English fluently, Maia is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and conversational in Arabic, Shem is conversational in Spanish. We can both teach our respective languages, and Shem is looking to improve her Spanish by conversing and being together.
