Hi! 😊 We are Nelson and Claudia, a Colombian couple who truly love traveling, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures.

We’re easygoing, responsible, and always happy to help with whatever is needed — whether it’s at a hostel, in the kitchen, gardening, cleaning, or daily tasks. We really enjoy teamwork, peaceful environments, and being part of a place where people feel welcome and at home.

Nelson has volunteered at a sustainable farm in Cundinamarca (Colombia), in a hostel in Ushuaia (Argentina), and at Why Me Hostel in Tbilisi (Georgia), always giving his best and bringing a positive attitude. Together, we’ve volunteered at Serdika Hostel and Vitosha Hostel in Sofia (Bulgaria), and we’ve also worked at an animal farm in Colombia.

We love art and would love to study fine arts in the future. We also absolutely love animals of all kinds — being around them makes us really happy.

This is our first time using Workaway, and we’re very excited to be part of this community and continue volunteering through this platform. We’ve traveled a lot around South America, and Nelson has visited more than 40 countries over the past 12 years.

We enjoy simple things: good conversations, nature, cooking, learning new things, and sharing experiences with others. We’re motivated, adaptable, and always willing to contribute in a positive way.

Hi! We are Nelson Moreno and Claudia Muñoz, a Colombian couple with a variety of skills that make us helpful and adaptable volunteers.

Hostel and Guesthouse Work: We have experience helping with reception, cleaning, organizing rooms, and assisting guests. We are reliable and detail-oriented.

Tourism & Guest Services: Claudia is a professional in tourism, bringing experience in hospitality, guiding, and making guests feel welcome.

Languages & Communication: Nelson speaks fluent English and has traveled to over 40 countries, giving us a broad perspective and ability to connect with people from different cultures.

Cooking & Kitchen Help: We enjoy cooking and can help with meal prep, basic kitchen tasks, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

Gardening & Outdoor Work: We can assist with gardening, basic maintenance, and any hands-on tasks needed around a property.

Teamwork & Flexibility: We adapt quickly, follow instructions well, and enjoy collaborating with hosts and other volunteers.

We are motivated, responsible, and ready to contribute wherever needed. Whether it’s helping behind the scenes or welcoming guests, we love being part of a positive and supportive environment.

We love doing volunteering because it gives us the chance to support other people’s projects, just as many have helped us in our travels. We have a strong sense of service and a genuine desire to help wherever we can.

We enjoy sharing experiences, learning new things, and connecting with people. We also love nature, animals, and teaching, and we are happy to share knowledge and skills with everyone we meet.
