Hi! I am Meg from New Zealand 🥝. My first big adventure was when I was 18, working a ski season, then a surf shop in Sayulita, and bussing through Mexico. Now, after finishing my studies and working in Canada, I’m back on the road and ready for a slower, more immersive adventure in South America. I want to set down some temporary roots, really get to know a place, try local food, improve my Spanish, and meet new people.

What I Can Help With
Childcare: I have 30 cousins. Yes, 30 😅. I’ve been babysitting since I was basically a child myself. Very comfortable with all ages.
Animals: I worked as a vet assistant and foster animals at home 🐾. I’m used to cuddly, chaotic, shy, loud, and everything in between.
Cleaning: I used to be a professional cleaner 🧽. I actually like cleaning, which I know sounds suspicious but it’s true.
Hospitality: Experience in cafés, bars, and customer service ☕🍹. I can carry three plates, smile politely, and not panic.
General help: Cooking, organising, gardening 🌱, carrying heavy things 💪, learning new skills, and general good energy ✨.
Work experience: Background in finance and analysis 💻. Happy to help with budgets, admin, or spreadsheets!

I’m outgoing, warm, curious, and easy to get along with 😊. I love meeting new people and I’m always up for trying something new. I’m organised enough to keep things running smoothly, but fun enough to not be boring 🎉.

Things I Enjoy
Hiking 🥾, swimming 🏊‍♀️, cooking 🍳, eating 🍜, and enjoying a drink after a good day of work 🍷.
