Beschreibung

We're Zsuzsi and Marci, a couple from Budapest, Hungary. We're both working in the film industry as assistant directors. We're lucky to finally have enough free time to travel more between productions, so we would like to explore new ways to experience the countries we are visiting and get a deeper understanding of other cultures and make new friends along the way.

We both grew up in the countryside, so being in nature and caring for plants an animals was always part of our lives. We currently live in the city, so we try to hike and wild camp as much as possible. We also have a tiny balcony garden with veggies and herbs, to always have a bit of nature with us, even on the top floor of an apartment building. In the past two years we got into herbalism and foraging.
We both enjoy cooking delicious meals and we love to try local food everywhere we go.

Zsuzsi was a customer service and sales professional for several years. She is very passionate about culture, so she spent most of her free time volunteering and being a volunteer coordinator at several Hungarian festivals, such as Sziget, Volt and UbikEklektik Multiarts Festival. After covid she wanted to spend more time doing things she truly enjoys, so she quit her corporate job and became a freelancer. Recently she got into short form video content creation for brands.

Marci studied Geology at university and then decided to pursue his passion for film and arts, so he started working in movies, and writing music with his friends. He loves photography, and currently learning sound design on his own. He enjoys most kinds of sports, especially ball games, water sports, skiing and athletics. He kayaked for ten years at a competitve level.
