I’m enthusiastic about the opportunity to connect with different cultures and develop my language skills. Having studied French and Chinese at university in the UK, I’ve always had a passion for learning new languages and immersing myself in diverse cultural experiences. Traveling to new places, trying unique foods, and meeting people from all walks of life are things that truly excite me. I see this as a chance to make meaningful connections, learn from others, and create memories with future friends while contributing and gaining new perspectives along the way. I’m eager to learn, share, and grow!

I have an academic background in languages, literature, and anthropology, which has fuelled my fascination with people, societies, and cultural diversity. I’m proficient in French and have beginner to intermediate skills in Mandarin Chinese, and I’m always eager to continue improving my language abilities. I also hold a qualification in teaching English abroad and have extensive experience working with children. My roles as a language mentor for primary schools in the UK, a camp counsellor, and a teaching assistant have given me a solid foundation in education and childcare.

Overall, I’m a highly adaptable and flexible individual with skills spanning languages, teaching, childcare, and outdoor activities. I’m also passionate about water sports and outdoor adventures, as I live in a costal town in the North West of the UK! I am an energetic and hardworking person . I love learning, connecting with others, and contributing wherever I can!
