Hey everyone!

I am Eddie, just a humble traveler from Germany!:)
I've started my travels in Canada in June 2026 and looking forward to stay for at least a year learning about the country, the diverse culture and of course want to experience the beautiful landscape this country has to offer!
Curiosity got the best of me and made me live in multiple countries in Europe throughout my studies, experiences I am all very grateful for.

I believe that any story being told shares some values, regardless of how subtle, that can enrich your life. Empathy is for sure one of my biggest values in life! I have always been open minded to others and different approaches to everything, I am happy to learn new things and grow on a personal level (preferably along others). Proactively helping others is something I like doing and think makes connecting so much easier and contributes to a more harmonious life. I am also a clean and tidy person, who likes to be active !

For the past 2 years I have been working as a filmmaker, mostly in a small regional agency in the center of Germany. Going out, capturing and telling stories was definitely the favorite part of it, but I used to conceptualize and edit as well. I am also filming and editing a small diary/documentary of my travels here in Canada! So, if not exploring the surroundings or chatting and helping you out, I am most likely working on that!:)

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I believe I can adapt quickly to my surroundings, I love being proactive or regularly ask to help wherever I see opportunity to help.
I am detail-orientated and interested in learning new skills. I have a decent understanding of simple, painting, fixes and hand tools.
Other skills lie in photography, tech and cameras, not sure if that could make a good fit, but always happy to help or teach the things I know:) After all, I love filming, photography and working out ideas.
