I live in Quebec, Canada. I speak French and I get by very well in English. I grew up on a farm so the values ​​of mutual aid, sharing and solidarity are very important to me. I have traveled a lot so far and in 2021 I started a lifestyle that allows me to leave Quebec for up to 5 months a year (also to get away from the snow and the cold!! ) So I had the idea when I returned from 3 months in Guatemala to join Workaway because after a while I wanted to help and move. I love traveling because what I love most is meeting people and learning about their culture, their way of life. We all have something to teach... we grow and become rich in knowledge, new relationships and experiences. I am an active person who loves projects, patient, positive and smiling who loves nature, animals, reading, meditation, hiking. I eat a healthy diet, use herbs to heal myself, and take care of my physical and mental health. I enjoy being of service and doing good for those around me :)

J'habite au Québec, je parle français et me débrouille très bien en anglais. J'ai grandi sur une ferme alors les valeurs d'entraide, de partage et de solidarité sont très importantes pour moi. J'ai voyagé beaucoup jusqu'à présent et en 2021 j'ai commencé un mode de vie qui me permet de partir du Québec jusqu'à 5 mois par année (aussi pour m'éloigner de la neige et du froid!! ) J'ai donc eu l'idée à mon retour de 3 mois du Guatemala de rejoindre Workaway car après un certain temps j'avais envie d'aider et de bouger. J'adore les voyages car ce que j'aime par dessus tout c'est rencontrer des gens et apprendre de leur culture, leur mode de vie. On a tous quelque chose à enseigner... on grandit et on devient riche de connaissances, de nouvelles relations et d'expériences. Je suis une personne active qui adore les projets, patiente, positive et souriante qui aime la nature, les animaux, la lecture, la méditation, la randonnée. J'ai une alimentation saine, je me soigne par les plantes et prend soin de mon corps physique et mental. J'aime rendre service et faire du bien autour de moi :)
Ce que j'aime par dessus tout c'est de m'imprégner de la culture locale, d'apprendre et surtout de créer des liens avec les gens que je rencontre. Au plaisir de vous rencontrer!

I have experience with children i have two and also had day care at home. I work as a waitress in a restaurant and as a host for a lodging house in the past. I have training as a beneficiary attendant. I am very good in French and also in writing so I can help you with the basics in this language. I'm comfortable with computers because I worked for several years as an office worker, but what I like the most is customer service for contact with people. I love animals and lived on a farm as a child. I also like all outdoor tasks such as landscaping, gardening, working in the fields or on a farm. I am very versatile and I like to learn in all areas. Tengo experiencia con niños ya que tuve 2 y también tuve cuidado de niños en casa. Trabajo como camarera en un restaurante y como anfitriona en una casa de hospedaje. Tengo formación como asistente de beneficiario. Soy muy bueno en francés y también en la escritura por lo que puedo ayudarte con los conceptos básicos de este idioma. Me siento cómodo con las computadoras porque trabajé varios años como oficinista, pero lo que más me gusta es el servicio al cliente para el contacto con la gente. Me encantan los animales y viví en una granja cuando era niño. También me gustan todas las tareas al aire libre como el paisajismo, la jardinería, trabajar en el campo o en una granja.
