Hello!

I am currently travelling South Africa and and will be in Livingstone from 14th July looking for a workaway for the month around Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana or Namibia. Before Cape Town and Safari, I was travelling the Caribbean via sailboat around Bahamas, Panama and Dominican Republic learning to sail for 2 months after I left my life in Canada working in a remote ski town and for a Heli-ski lodge up in remote BC since Nov 2024. And before that I was travelling Central and South America in 2024 for 7 months! I have done many workaways around the world so please check out my reviews.

A bit about myself: I am an English-Australian dual citizen who left my home in the UK and have been travelling full time since Oct 2022 aiming to travel the world for as long as possible. I'm 29 years old and have already travelled the likes of Australia, Europe, New Zealand, North America, Indonesia, The Philippines, Fiji. Central and South America, Canada, The Caribbean and now Africa. I adore animals, socialising with new people, learning about new cultures and have extensive hospitality, marketing & admin experience but at heart I'm also really just a sucker for nature and animals. You'll always find me racing for every sunset at the end of the day or cuddling the stray cats and dogs! I am super down to earth and I'm always looking to bring amazing energy to the table, compassion, connection with new people and generally have a larger than life personality, ready to share stories with you over a beer or family dinner.

I'm pretty straight forward and most importantly don't let myself get too serious! So if you fancy surrounding yourself with great energy, love, a passion for nature and curiosity at your workaway, then I'm the right traveller for you! Was könntest du arbeiten?

I am a woman with lots of eggs in different baskets! My main sector that I've worked in has been admin and breaking into marketing sector for the last 6 years, however the way things worked out is I've ended up having extensive hospitality experience sandwiched either side of that:

• Hospitality - I've worked in high end 5 star famous restaurants like The Savoy in London, down to pub grub establishments in the countryside, remote islands off the coast of Australia and now Heli-Skiing lodges in Canada, so I have perfected my customer service skills from many different levels.

• My proudest role was becoming the Marketing Leader for 4 offices in London for a famous real estate agency where I was In control of website management, social media presence, print campaigns, email marketing and other collateral so I feel if you need to elevate your online or even physical community presence, I can really help you in this sector.

• As mentioned I am an animal lover and simply a country girl at heart. I've cared all my life for cats, dogs & chickens to horses, small rodents and farm animals and volunteered at cattery’s, fundraised for world known WWF and done previous workaways riding horses and training dogs in Spanish!

• I Lived on a island for 7 months off the coast of Australia working in Admin and hospitality for resorts so used to using computers, being organised, being physical for my job and most importantly sometimes: remote living!

• Fluent in English and very small amount of Spanish

I am also a fit, healthy and strong so happy to get involved in any physical work or especially learn something new.

Was noch ...

I love sharing funny stories, tales and cooking. I am a self-confessed adrenaline lover that has sky dived, bungee jumped, zip lined, scootered, scuba dived, skied and surfed wherever possible across this world. But crucially I'm a pretty down to earth lover of sunsets, campfires, reading and just being around great people. As my mum would say, it's who you're with not where you are!
