Hey everyone. My name is Albert from New York! I've worked in the tech sector and in pastry arts. I was born in Seoul, South Korea, and moved to New York City when I was two.

In the past few years I've traveled quite a bit. I want to taste life. Experience what this planet has to offer. Immerse myself in different cultures. See what it's like to be fully human.

My journey is also a spiritual one. I would like to help heal our collective wounds and stitch together a new fabric from which we can weave brilliant new stories and ways of being. Re-learn what it means to be human, to be alive.

Degree is in Engineering/Business
Work experience in tech (startups, sales)
Experience in culinary field (pastry, baking)

I'm deeply interested in holistic health, biohacking, fitness, spirituality. How to prepare healthy meals, alternative/experimental healing protocols, yoga, meditation, breath work, exercise protocols, and the like.

I've had numerous stints training at Buddhist monasteries and was part of a North American tour which hosted workshops on meditation, ecstatic dance, relational and spiritual practices.

I've taught English in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, and have experience working on permaculture farms.

Was noch ...

I have a feeling that my last days on Earth will be spent on a farm. Also, that I may have been a Buddhist monk in a past life. We'll see how that plays out :)
