Hello!
We are currently looking for new team members to join us for the upcoming winter season in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan:
- 1 Maintenance Team Member – from September/October 2025 to March 2026
- Guest Service Team Members – from late November 2025 to early April 2026
We manage a portfolio of 20 luxury chalets in Niseko, a unique destination where pristine nature meets refined urban lifestyle. Our mission is to deliver exceptional hospitality, cultural immersion, and authentic Japanese cuisine—all from the comfort of our exclusive private chalets.
We are seeking passionate individuals, preferably with a background in hospitality (F&B experience is a plus).
An international driver’s license and a minimum of 2 years' driving experience are required.
We offer shared staff accommodation with a small contribution. Unfortunately, we are unable to host couples.
