Hi, my name is Sara, I’m 30 years old and I come from the city of Bari, in southern Italy. I work as an Italian pastry chef/cook, and over the past four years I’ve mainly worked in hotels.

I’ve been traveling the world since I was 19, and honestly, I’ve never really found a solid balance between my need for freedom and my desire for security and stability. I tend to swing, sometimes quite dramatically, between these two extremes. I’m currently planning my trip through Central and South America, and I’m highly motivated to learn Spanish well.

What makes me happiest in the world is sharing a good meal, tasting new foods, and letting my culinary creativity be influenced by the gastronomic discoveries I make during my travels. The same curiosity I have for food, I have for people. I love listening to others’ stories and finding the beauty of the world in every person I meet.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have a strong background in both the culinary and artistic fields. Creating with my hands is what comes most naturally to me, so I’m open to any kind of work that involves making something, whether it’s working with the land, painting or of course cooking.
I also have some experience in social media content creation, particularly in producing engaging and effective reels. I’m a very dynamic and motivated person so I’m confident that I would find a way to contribute meaningfully to any environment I choose to be part of.

I enjoy simple routines, shared meals, and spending time outdoors. I like learning from the people around me and understand how things are done locally. I’m naturally curious, observant and I value calm, respectful communication. In my free time, I enjoy walking and exploring new places slowly. I’m not a party-oriented person, but I truly enjoy meaningful conversations and a sense of community.
