Hey there, thanks for stopping by :) My name is Hampus, I'm 26 years old and I live in the south of Sweden. My passion in life is to discover. I love to explore nature, to move and to see new perspectives. I currently work as a teacher and a custodian (I take care of the indoor and outdoor environment of a school). I've worked many different jobs and traveled a bit in Europe and Asia. I'm here on Workaway to see new worlds - to see how locals in different parts of the world live their lives and to acquire new skills and friends for life. I like to meet new people from all over the world (and furry friends aswell, I love all animals) and I often get compliments which says that I'm calm, humorous and a good listener. I do however like to spend time alone aswell so sometimes I might sneak away from people ;) I don't have much experience in practical work such as buildning or working on a farm but I do really want to learn about it. I would also love to dive into some music-jamming, learn to cook, learn a craft such as tailoring or woodwork and see local hidden gems such as a place that holds special value to you. I really enjoy to wander into the wilderness and see places that tourists do not go to. In turn I can teach you about mindfulness and other healthy habits, some philosophy and about nature (I've just started my own company as a nature-guide). I also have a relaxed and happy aura which might affect you positively :)

*I'm fruitarian which means that I only eat fruit :)
*I'm a morning person and I like to go to bed early and sleep to sunrise :P
*I really love to learn about history and culture.
*I enjoy being outdoor and on the countryside.
*I'm very honest, loyal and respectful.
*I'm a very open-minded and flexible person. I can adapt easily.
*You can talk with me about whatever is on your mind. I'm a good listener and give you my sincere thoughts :)

I have experience in military, nature-guiding, schooling, elderly care, working at a burger place and best of all - learning new skills :D Example of skills that I've developed from these jobs is to be efficient while also maintaining quality, to communicate good and to cooperate well with others :)
