Currently I’m located in Russia and plan on exploring Southeast Asia in June and July. I’m interested in all types of projects: Hospitality/Tourism, Charity Work, Animal Care, Eco and Art Projects

Beschreibung

As a full-time English teacher for youth, I consider travelling to be the best teacher of life :)

I've volunteered across different projects around the world and what I've learned is that the best conversations happen over shared work.

I don't see Workaway not as a work-for-stay arrangement. To me, it's a chance to connect with like-minded people and actually live like a local for a bit, not as a tourist passing by.

I'm not afraid of any challenges- whether it's early mornings, language barriers or getting my hands dirty. I always come with curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn your way of doing things.

Even with limited days, I dedicate myself to the place I'm staying. I'm a "live in the moment" kind of person, I bring kind communication and a deep respect for however you do things.

Of course, I'm just as excited to share my culture as I am to learn about your world.

A little more about me: I'm a nature enthusiast. I crave adventure and exploring wild or quiet places. A simple life really appeals to me, that's why this journey is also one of inner exploration for me - less rushing, more presence :)

I’m definitely interested in both learning and teaching languages! While I’m fluent only in two - Russian and English, I’m eager to pick up a new language or improve the knowledge of my Swedish/German. I’m a quick learner and enjoy the challenge of it! At the same time, I’m also happy to share my knowledge of English or Russian with others.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I’ve gained valuable hands-on experience in environmental sustainability through my time at an eco-camp, where I learned the ins and outs of organic gardening and sustainable cooking practices.

I have a genuine passion for working with children. My role as a youth worker and an art teacher in a rehabilitation center has given me a strong foundation in communication, teamwork, leadership and fostering a positive and supportive environment

I am also compassionate about animal welfare and have a strong understanding of their needs. My experience as an animal shelter volunteer honed my ability to care for animals, provide them with basic needs, and connect them with loving homes.

Beyond these skills, I am also a highly motivated and adaptable person who is eager to learn and contribute to any project. I am an excellent communicator, a team player, and I thrive in diverse and challenging environments.

Was noch ...

I consider myself to be a bit of a creative soul. I love to draw, paint, craft and do pottery whenever I get the chance, and I’m always up for trying new art forms. For me it’s a great way to unwind after a long day and express myself.

Also, cooking has a special place in my heart. I love to cook – anything from simple pasta dishes to elaborate cakes (although my baking skills are still under construction). I’m always up for learning about other cultures through their cuisine while travelling. Maybe I can even share some of my own with the team!
