Beschreibung

Hi, I'm Stella, a 40 year old Welsh woman exploring a slower, more intentional way of living and learning.
I've recently completed a 21 day Vipassana meditation retreat in Thailand and am looking to deepen my practice through mindful work and community. I'm also just starting a TEFL course and eager to gain hands on experience teaching English to children.
A bit about me:
Cooking is my biggest passion - I spent 6 years running my own catering business back in Wales, and I love nothing more than preparing meals and sharing food with others.
I'm a devoted animal lover, especially when it comes to dogs. Connecting with animals throughout my travels in Asia has been one of the most joyful parts of my journey.
I have a gentle, playful approach with children and genuinely enjoy supporting their learning and creativity. I'm also happy to help with writing projects, content creation, gardening, cleaning, building- really, whatever's most needed.
I'm drawn to peaceful places surrounded by nature - lakes, rivers, forests, oceans, mountains. After spending my twenties traveling, I settled back in Wales for over a decade before recently feeling called to explore again. Over the past few months, I've traveled through India, Thailand, and Malaysia, and now I'm in Vietnam looking to volunteer and give my time in meaningful ways.
People often describe me as grounded, kind, easy-going, and quietly funny. I love shared meals, good conversations, and being part of spaces where people feel genuinely at ease.

I love working with children and animals — I’m naturally nurturing, calm, and playful, and always happy to lend a hand with family life or pet care.
I also enjoy physical tasks like gardening, cleaning, or organising, and I’m drawn to creative projects when they arise.
