My name is Shinhye, a plant-based food creator who loves nature, animals, and the simple joy of creating-
-full of wonder towards world, playing with colors, and mostly guided by the magic of the moments
meaning my cooking is mostly guided by the moment, focusing on color, vitality, and freshness. I do mainly with raw ingredients and light cooking to highlight the natural beauty and energy of food, for me, meals are a way to create moments of joy and connecting to the world & people
I have experience sharing this style by cooking for families and individuals, hosting small cooking classes, and spending time on ecological farms - my style is fluid and intuitive, I love & appreciate collaborating with spaces that appreciate a natural, feeling-based approach to food
I am looking for summer ( or all seasons) collaborations, pop-up events, or creative projects with wellness retreats, cafés, or creative spaces
