Beschreibung

Kalina - I have been told my whole life that I was a loose canon when I was young and my family would constantly stress about what am I gonna come up with next. I became shyer and a little introverted during my puberty, and now I need a tad bit of time to open up completely, but when I do, I try to crack jokes and have a good time with everyone!
My family didn't necessarily have money while I was growing up, so I hadn't gone almost anywhere in my home country and I had never been outside of Bulgaria, but I still had a very fortunate, filled with love, life. Then, I turned 18 and I didn't wait long before I catapulted myself out of the country, with the intention of traveling the whole world. Nowadays, I am fulfilling my dream, with Sander right beside me, and I really hope my family has learned by now not to stress :D

Sander - I grew up in Norway with my Mother, Father, and Brother. My dad is a musician of sorts, giving me the motivation to go down that path myself. Ever since I was a kid, I have been focusing on music. I have had other hobbies along the way such as skating, art, skiing, working out, and swimming, though music is at the top. That's why I took a music Bachelor's in Liverpool/England. My mom and dad divorced when my brother and I were quite young, and we mostly stayed with our mom. Given that she never really got another partner, most of the physical tasks in and around the house became our responsibility. That was the start of my enjoyment to fixing, building, and doing physical activities. As I love meeting new people and learning about new cultures, around the world is where I'm at these days.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Kalina - I have been moving around different cities ever since I graduated high school and have worked a few different jobs. Mainly, I've been in the hospitality service as a barista and a bartender, but I also worked as a babysitter, handwriting teacher, and as a seasonal worker. I have been volunteering in a diner in Ireland and in my schooldays I helped out with some charity events at the Red Cross and Rotary Club in my hometown. One thing to mention is that I have partaken in many DIY home projects - painting, sparkling, drywall, parquet laying, and some others. The project I most learned from is definitely the fix-up I and my family have been doing on the second floor of our house, which was purely just bricks in the beginning, and with a fallen roof on top of that (no pun intended). I'm artistic and I like drawing and doing things in the best way I can, but I'm always open to improving my skills.

Sander - I have a Bachelor's in music and play several instruments. Music has always been my passion, but there is more than that that interests me, and that I consider a skill. I quite enjoy being physical, learning new things/skills, and being handy. I have a great deal of experience when it comes to outdoor and indoor activities (such as mowing the lawn, tidying up, vacuum-cleaning, and such), different construction projects (such as painting, carrying, sparkling, etc), and being handy ( which is why I had the job as handyman/janitor where I did a variety of small things, at a school). I have also worked at a primary school for a long time, giving me a great deal of experience with kids. I have a lifetime of experience with animals (mostly dogs), and I really enjoy cooking.

Was noch ...

Kalina - I'm interested in pottery, I really want to learn! I also want to know about calligraphy and while I journal, I practice different fonts, but not on the level I would want to. Hobbies of mine are hiking, baking, and crafting, along with video gaming. I like puzzle games, card games, and strategy building boardgames, but I'm not necessarily the best at them. Chinese chess is a game I thoroughly enjoy! I used to be into yoga a lot, then I stopped, and now I want to get back into it again :)

Sander - Here are some of my hobbies and what I feel I have the possibility of teaching if wanted. I enjoy swimming, skating, and skiing. I also enjoy board games, video games, and hiking.
