Tätigkeiten, die uns interessieren:

For the next three month we are travelling from Barcelona through Spain and Portugal. Along the way we are always interested in meeting people and getting to know the culture.

Beschreibung

Hi, we are a couple running a café on an island in the Baltic sea. Right now it's off-saison, so we are able to travel, which we love to do.

In the following we will give you a quick résumé of our lives, which we will dive into deeper in the skills section if we think it's of interest to you.

Firstly I (Runa) will introduce myself and secondly Johann as we'll.

The last time I travelled for such a long time was right after I finished my high school. So now I am really excited to be able to explore new places and people again. The time in between I finished my bachelor's in pedagogy/science of education and philosophy. I also worked as a school companion for special needs students. In my free time I helped out in an organisation for mourning kids. As you see I really enjoy to work with people together. Right now in our café we also organise events and happenings.

Just like Runa, I (now Johann) travelled after finishing school. I was in the Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand where I also did a lot of work and travelling in Schools and Hostels. Afterwards COVID crashed the party and I startet studying a passion of mine: Multimedia Production (broadly producing all kinds of media formats). My most favourite subject is 3D production and animation.

During my studies We opened the Café Meersaal on Hiddensee where we since then worked in the summers. There we learned to manage all kinds of unforseen things and we're able to make some of our dreams come to life, for example: hosting concerts, quiz nights, readings, workshops, etc.
First and foremost we love making quality coffee and cakes for our customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
