Beschreibung
Hello ! We are two 19 year old, energetic engineering students from the French west coast. What truly motivates us is being outdoors and staying active, we are huge fans of sports in all forms, from hiking to rock climbing and team sports. For us, physical activity is the best way to connect with nature and maintain a great team bond.
We are currently on a mandatory two-month international break as part of our engineering curriculum. Our goal is to spend this time fully immersing ourselves in a new culture, not as simple tourists, but as reliable helpers who can contribute meaningfully to local projects. The Workaway philosophy of cultural exchange and shared skills is exactly what we are looking for.
While we both love a good physical challenge, we are also looking for hosts who share our active lifestyle. Whether it’s discovering local hiking trails, hitting a nearby gym, or finding a spot to climb, we are always down for an adventure after work !
Beyond sports, our engineering background gives us a logical and hands-on approach to any task. We enjoy everything from technical projects and DIY construction to gardening and general maintenance. We are quick learners, highly motivated, and definitely not afraid of getting our hands dirty. This is our first Workaway experience together, and we are excited to bring our energy and French touch to your project ! -

As an engineering student, I have developed a strong problem-solving mindset and a love for hands-on work. I am comfortable with DIY projects, general maintenance, and I'm always eager to learn new practical skills, whether it's in eco-construction, gardening, or simple repairs around the house.
Regarding my passion for climbing, with four years of experience, I am a safe and reliable belayer for sport climbing. I am physically fit and understand the importance of safety and communication.
Beyond that, I am a quick learner, reliable, and happy to help with daily tasks like cooking or general housekeeping. -
