Hi, I’m Ollie, an 18-year-old from England with a passion for acting, music, and meeting new people.

Over the last few months, I’ve been looking for a new challenge that will help me grow as a person. I want to experience a different culture, learn Italian, make lifelong friendships, and step outside of my comfort zone. Italy has always inspired me because of its beautiful language, rich culture, and incredible musical and artistic traditions.

I currently tutor maths to children after achieving an A at A-Level Mathematics, and I also help young people develop confidence through acting. One day, I hope to become a professional actor or singer, and learning Italian would be especially meaningful as I have a strong interest in opera and would love to study Italian opera more deeply.

I’m energetic, sociable, and love being around people. I enjoy making others laugh, helping where I can, and bringing positive energy to a group. I’m also athletic, hardworking, and happy to help with manual labour, childcare, tutoring, language exchange, or any tasks that need doing. I’m a fast learner and always willing to get stuck in.

Most importantly, I’m hoping to meet kind people, learn from different ways of life, and create memories and friendships that last long after my stay. I believe some of the most valuable experiences in life come from connecting with people from different backgrounds, and I’d love the opportunity to do that with you.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

My strongest skill is teaching. I work as a professional maths tutor and enjoy helping students build confidence as well as improve their grades. I achieved an A in A-Level Mathematics and have experience working with children of different ages and abilities.

I also hold qualifications in coaching football and teaching acting and teaching chess to young people. Acting is a huge passion of mine, and I love helping children develop confidence, creativity, and communication skills through performance.

I’m physically fit, active, and go to the gym regularly, so I’m more than happy to help with practical or manual tasks when needed. Whether it’s gardening, moving things, outdoor work, or general maintenance, I’m always willing to get involved and work hard.

People often describe me as adaptable, patient, and easy to get along with. I enjoy meeting new people and can quickly fit into different environments and routines. I’m a fast learner, open-minded, and always willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Above all, I bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude. If I commit to something, I give it my full effort and always try to contribute wherever I can.

Was noch ...

Outside of work, I’m a very social person who loves meeting new people and trying new experiences. Some of my favourite things are chess, football, singing, acting, maths, and spending time with friends.

I also enjoy relaxing with friends by playing video games from time to time. Whether it’s a few games of FIFA, another Xbox game, or simply chatting while playing together, I enjoy the social side of gaming and the friendships that come with it.

One of the biggest reasons I’m doing this trip is to experience life from a different perspective. I’m excited about the work, but I’m equally excited about the people I’ll meet along the way. I genuinely enjoy getting to know people, hearing their stories, and building meaningful friendships. I’d love to stay in touch with the people I meet and hopefully visit them again in the future.

I have quite an adventurous side and enjoy being spontaneous. Whether it’s exploring a new town, going to the beach, taking a boat trip, trying something I’ve never done before, or simply saying yes to an unexpected opportunity, I’m always up for an adventure.

I’m also a big food lover, so I’m very excited to experience authentic Italian food and culture. As someone who loves music and singing, I’m looking forward to improving my Italian, learning more about Italian opera, and immersing myself in everyday life. I won’t lie—eating amazing pasta and pizza in Italy is something I’m very excited about too!

People often tell me that I bring positive energy wherever I go. I enjoy making people laugh, creating a good atmosphere, and helping others feel included. I believe life is all about experiences, friendships, and making great memories, and that’s exactly what I’m hoping to find during this journey.
