Hi, I’m Nika,
I am very friendly, kind, helpful and positive. I’m also a hard-working and responsible person, who likes to learn from every situation that happens.
I signed up for Workaway to step out of my comfort zone, help others and at the same time learn new things about myself. My motivation to travel is to especially connect with new people and understand their cultures, habits and lifestyles.
In my free time, I enjoy baking, cooking and building. I have also experienced planting vegetables, and flowers, and taking care of many animals (cats, dogs, chickens, cows, pigs) because I am surrounded by them daily. However, I would like the opportunity to improve these skills and upgrade my knowledge.

I have worked in a mountain hut as a waitress and cashier. I have been working in an office for several years, where I do many different jobs related to logistics and banking. During my studies, I also conducted many interviews for research assignments which helped me to understand different aspects and viewpoints of people.

When she arrived the weather here was horrible.. we had to find inside jobs for her to do, which included organising our disorganised sheds😅
She mucked in and did a great job. She gave a hand in my bakery, and did some weeding.
