Hi!
My name is Maia and I just finished school in July. It has always been my dream to travel, to go abroad and to experience new things after graduating.
I love spending time with my friends but to also meet new people. I also enjoy being outdoors and playing tennis, although I haven‘t played in quite a while :/
Before I start my studies next autumn, it is my goal to have travelled as much as I could during my gap year and to have made as many lovely memories as possible.

Since 2023, I am a qualified youth leader and organize different activities and trips for the children of my home town together with other youth leaders.
So in that case I have experience in voluntary work that involves children but also in working as a team and to take over responsibility.
In general, I am a very motivated, open and reliable person.

Was noch ...
My favourite travel experience so far was my 10th birthday in South Africa. My family and I drove along the coast by car, visiting many cities and National Parks.
I will always remember seeing lions, leopards, giraffes and many other wild animals while on safari and to have fed elephants out of my own hands.
