Mi nombre es Lucía, soy de La Palma (Canarias) y tengo 28 años. Soy Terapeuta Ocupacional y he trabajado con personas con diferentes tipos de discapacidad o limitaciones tanto físicas como cognitivas. También viví durante 1 año en Estados Unidos, donde trabajé como Aupair (cuidé de dos niñas, una bebé de 2 semanas y una niña de 2 añitos). Viví también en Canada durante 1 año trabajando como limpiadora en hoteles, como nanny, dependiente etc.
En Nueva Zelanda he trabajado en la poda de kiwis y como auxiliar/cuidadora con personas con discapacidad intelectual y física

Me encanta la naturaleza y especialmente los animales. En mi tiempo libre disfruto muchísimo con actividades al aire libre, el deporte y pasando tiempo con mi familia, amigos y mis perros. También viajar, conocer personas en cada viaje con las que compartir y aprender, descubrir lugares nuevos...

My name is Lucía, I’m from La Palma (Canary Islands) and I’m 28 years old. I’m an Occupational Therapist and I have worked with people with different types of disabilities or both physical and cognitive limitations. I also lived for 1 year in the United States, where I worked as an Aupair (I took care of two little girls, a 2-week-old baby and a 2-year-old infant).
I also lived in Canada for a year working as a housekeeper, nanny, retail sales person....
In New Zealand I have worked in pruning kiwis and as a support worker with people with intellectual and physical disabilities.
I love nature and especially animals. In my free time I really enjoy outdoor activities, sports and spending time with my family, friends and my dogs. Also traveling, meeting people on each trip with whom to share and learn, discover new places...

Estudié Terapia Ocupacional en la Universidad de Granada.
Tengo experiencia como terapeuta trabajando con personas con diferentes tipos de discapacidad o limitación, tanto física como cognitiva, con el objetivo de que alcancen la mayor autonomía en sus actividades de la vida diaria (experiencia haciendo estimulación cognitiva, rehabilitación a nivel físico, estimulación sensorial, adaptación del entorno y de actividades a la discapacidad etc etc.)
Tengo experiencia en cuidado de niños, trabajé durante 1 año como Aupair de una niña de 2 años y un bebé.
He sido monitora de animación trabajando con niños de entre 3 y 14 años.
Viví 1 año en Canadá y trabajando como limpiadora entre otras cosas.
Soy una persona creativa, alegre, dinámica, abierta, me adapto con facilidad, me gusta el deporte y tengo muchas ganas de aprender cosas nuevas y de paso mejorar el inglés.
Especial interés por aprender trabajos relacionados de algún modo con la naturaleza y los animales.
