Beschreibung
We are a busy family of 4 living in rural Tauranga, New Zealand. We love our quiet piece of paradise which is still just a stones throw away from the beaches and delights that the Bay Of Plenty offer. We have 2 dogs and 10 chickens to keep us company.
You will need your own transport to stay with us, as we are rural, no public transport.

We enjoy creating a welcoming environment where Workawayers can join us for dinners, BBQs, and community events and experience rural life . We're happy to share what we know about gardening, DIY projects, and maintaining a property. Hosting people from different cultures lets us learn about new perspectives, traditions, and experiences, and we look forward to exchanging ideas with each Workawayer.

Arbeit
We’re full-time workers living on a peaceful rural property, and we’d love some extra hands to help us keep things running smoothly! There's plenty to do around here, especially with gardening and small DIY projects. Sometimes, we’ll be right there working alongside you, while other days we’ll be busy with our day jobs. We would love it if you could make your self available for at least one of the weekend days.

Our two sons have a passion for Spanish and would love to learn more! Otherwise we can only speak English.
Unterkunft
We offer a cozy studio room with a double bed, a small kitchen, and a private bathroom, which is seperate from the main house. You’re welcome to join us for evening meals or enjoy the flexibility of dining in your own space, or a mix of both. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for you to enjoy whenever you like. As we live rurally you must have your OWN TRANSPORT.

We live in the Bay of Plenty, where there’s always something to do. We're close to the Kaimai Ranges if you enjoy bush walks, just 5 minutes from Omokoroa Beach for paddleboarding and swimming, 25 minutes from the famous Mt Maunganui Beach, and 40 minutes from Waihi Beach—both great spots for swimming and surfing. As we live rurally you must have your own transport.
