****We are both looking for a workaway for March 2026 onwards in Southamerica (Chile, Argentina)******

Aisling (32) is from Ireland and Lucas (34) is from Argentina. Both of us spent most of our 20s working and studying in our home countries, before starting our travel around the world. Experiencing new activities, cultures, types of jobs and meeting people from all over the world.

We are a very reliable and positive people. Always happy and curious about learning new stuff. Love sports and outdoor activities such as hiking, surf, cycling. Enjoy nature, cooking and chill times with a book. We also like to interact with local people and discover new cultures, traditions and food.

We both have extensive experience in hospitality, including restaurants, bars, cafés, housekeeping, and accommodation management, gained while working in lodges, estates, and a variety of hospitality venues.

We also have experience with farm work (both crops and animals) as well as gardening and general outdoor maintenance. Most of these skills were developed while living and working in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa, as well as throughout Europe.

We are certified baristas and enjoy preparing good coffee that we all need to start the day. In addition, we both have corporate backgrounds in Finance, and Aisling is also a qualified English teacher.

We are adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working in both hands-on and professional environments.

Always ready for new adventures/challenges. We can offer skills and attitude wherever a hand is needed. We can also share our languages, traditions, experiences and food.




****Ambos buscamos un workaway a partir de marzo de 2026 en Sudamérica (Chile, Argentina)******

Aisling (32) es de Irlanda y Lucas (34) es de Argentina. Ambos pasamos la mayor parte de nuestros 20 trabajando y estudiando en nuestros países de origen, antes de comenzar a viajar por el mundo, viviendo nuevas experiencias, conociendo diferentes culturas, tipos de trabajo y personas de todas partes del mundo.

Somos personas muy responsables y positivas, siempre con buena energía y curiosidad por aprender cosas nuevas. Nos encantan los deportes y las actividades al aire libre como el senderismo, el surf y el ciclismo. Disfrutamos de la naturaleza, la cocina y los momentos tranquilos leyendo un buen libro. También nos gusta interactuar con la gente local y descubrir nuevas culturas, tradiciones y comidas.

Ambos tenemos amplia experiencia en hostelería, incluyendo restaurantes, bares, cafés, limpieza y gestión de alojamientos, adquirida trabajando en lodges, estancias y distintos establecimientos del rubro.

También contamos con experiencia en trabajos de granja (tanto con cultivos como con animales), así como en jardinería y mantenimiento general de espacios exteriores. La mayoría de estas habilidades las desarrollamos viviendo y trabajando en Australia con una Working Holiday Visa, y también en distintos países de Europa.

Somos baristas certificados y disfrutamos preparar buen café, ese que todos necesitamos para empezar el día. Además, ambos tenemos experiencia corporativa en Finanzas, y Aisling también es profesora de inglés calificada.

Somos personas adaptables, confiables y cómodas tanto en trabajos manuales como en entornos profesionales.

Siempre estamos listos para nuevas aventuras y desafíos. Podemos aportar habilidades y una buena actitud donde se necesite una mano, y también compartir nuestros idiomas, tradiciones, experiencias y comida.
