Beschreibung

We've enjoyed caretaking and Housesitting for 8 years now. We now live on the Mornington Peninsula but have lived in Western Australia, Far North Queensland & Canberra over the years so love the ideology of us, the road (or plane) and a destination. Sometimes Yoshi will go Solo on a trip . We are competent in both city & country environments when you need someone reliable, adaptable, organised and honest as our references show from other platforms (PLEASE ASK FOR THESE REVIEWS WHICH ARE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST) . We also homeschool our neurodivergent daughter Lily who is extremely helpful and kind so available all year round. We love all creatures great and small and nothing is out of reach for us We have few expectations of owners as we know different people and their property have different needs.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Hands on: I have an agricultural background so very experienced in all facets of gardening, tools maintenance, machinery use, stock movements, offgrid systems etc. If I don't know something I'll tell you or learn it.

Dogs/cats: Oodles of pussy cat, pooch & pup experience over the years from teacups and working dogs to large and shaggy breeds. Medication, grooming, specialist food care and exercise as we are fit, healthy human beings. Even timid cats can be accommodated.

Equine: We both love equine, I have previously enjoyed show jumping (it's an awesome sport) but both of us can care for horse's from rugging, medical, feed specific mixes to hoof cleaning, halter/bridal, paddock movements, grooming and mucking out. Each horse has its own individual personality and we recognise this. Have also worked with therapy horses and a couple of ponies.

Cattle/Sheep/Goats: Lots of exposure over the years (stock movements, drenching, milking etc) but always happy to learn new things

Poultry/birds: We ourselves at one point had over 200 chicken's and other poultry as I just love them to bits. Can handle all aspects of their care including sick birds, pen cleaning and even improving their habitats and quality of life.

Other: We can also caretaker larger scale property.

Was noch ...

As a family who homeschools & travel's we spend a lot of time together. Bush walks, hiking, beach days, community events, dedicated Friday night movie nights, horse riding, jet skiing, the nights sky, park picnics, camping out just to name but a few!

Solo (Yoshi) I just love to get away from society often camping out somewhere. Visiting towns for their history and a chin wag. Reading a decent book.
