Beschreibung

My name is Julia Templin, I am a primary school teacher at a Montessori
school and I live with my two children (16 and 19 years old) in a single-family
house in a village near a small town (50,000 inhabitants).
I love children, animals and nature. I had two horses (Welsh ponies and
Icelandic) for 30 years. I sold them in the summer of 2023 to have less
responsibility and more freedom. Two dogs have accompanied me in my life
for 30 years. A female dog once had 12 puppies. That was a great
experience. The family currently includes a cat and three hens. My hobbies
are reading, yoga, choir, gardening, walking, drinking tea and enjoying the
sun. I also like work with wood and build something. For example, together with my daughter, I converted a children's playhouse into a chicken stall. I like art projects with for example tiles or weaving a fence.
From summer 2025 to summer 2026 I will be taking a sabbatical year. I want
to discover the world. So far I only know the continent of Europe. I would like
to live in a family, help with childcare or help on a farm with animals, I would like to have
time to explore the area and improve my language skills.
I had English lessons at school for 9 years - but unfortunately that was many
years ago. I only had French for 3 years at school, but thanks to many
vacations, my daughter's student exchange in 2021 and a one-week
language course in France in 2024, this is a little more present.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I like doing crafts, I like working with wood, for example I have made small
works of art out of mosaic tiles.

I enjoy being outside in nature and have experience with animals (dogs,
horses, cats, chickens, ...), I rode for years as a recreational rider and did trail
rides as a young adult.
Through my job as a primary school teacher and as a mother of two, I have
experience in dealing with children.
