So far in my "destinations" I've only got Greece and Italy, that's just as my trip isn't 100% planned yet, but I do have a vague plan that involves France, UK, Austria, Slovenia, Norway and Sweden...

Hey! I’m Harvey.

I'm 22 and just graduated university, I'm travelling for three months or so around Europe to pursue my love of adventure, the unknown, and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I have a passion for nature and the outdoors. Growing up in New Zealand my life has been shaped by the experiences I've had in the mountains, native bush and beaches that surround where I live.

I love skiing, camping, hiking, running, anything that involves being out in nature moving my body. As a new graduate paramedic, I’ve also worked in fast-paced medical environments, so I’m calm under pressure and used to adapting quickly to new situations. I'm excited to meet new people, experience new cultures and generally get stuck in!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I’ve trained as a paramedic, which has given me experience staying calm in high pressure situations, and working closely with people from all walks of life. It’s made me practical, adaptable, and comfortable stepping into unfamiliar situations when something needs doing.

I’ve also spent a lot of time in the outdoors, in harsh conditions. I know how to look after myself and others in those settings, and I’m not afraid of physical work. I’ve helped with things like setting up camp, carrying gear, basic repairs, digging, cleaning, and working in rough conditions.

I don’t claim to be an expert at anything, but I’m reliable, willing to learn, and happy to help wherever I can
