Beschreibung

We are Geraldine (30) and Hans (32). We quit our jobs (baker and teacher) and started in August our trip for one year. At the first month we travelled with our camper through Scandinavia. We are a social couple with very different skills, we like to share.

Hans:
I love to be a teacher for kids with social problems. Despite that I quit my job. I figured out, that teaching in the way we know it is completely wrong for kids like this. So in the year off I want to experience exiting adventures, do good things for the world and want to figure out how I can change my teaching to influence the future generations sustainably.
I love to do sports (surfing, cross-county skiing, scubadiving and hiking), travelling (especially with the camper) and to enjoy the nature. The last weeks I began to play guitar, so I'm really excited how far it can go in this year of traveling! By building our camper, I realised how fun it is to build your own things. Hopefully I will learn more about this in the future.

Geraldine:
What I like to do, is be in nature because it always makes me feel better and therefore should be protected.
I love to bake and cook, I would say those are my big passions. I was brought up with the idea of sustainability and respect and love for nature and our food and where it comes from, and I think that impacted my ideas for my life that I have and want to have in the feature in a great way.
I would love to be self sufficient especially with a big garden and some animals.
To bee able to preserve things so you can eat them all year round.
