Beschreibung
I am passionate about bread baking, with a hint of science nerdiness and an interest in discovering other cultures. I come from a family of entrepreneurs, so I understand the dedication and care it demands. I have worked in food gardens a few times, but I can't say I have much knowledge (yet). When it comes to eco-construction I am eager to learn.
My dream is to live in the countryside (maybe the mountains), make bread from locally sourced flour in a wood fire oven. And live with like minded people (though I value diversity of opinions..).

I like the play the piano in my free time. I was doing theatre acting for a while, and I still hold that deeply in my heart though I don't practice much. I have long been interested in psychology, different therapy approaches and the mechanisms of the human mind. Always curious to discuss over a nice meal.
