Hi, I’m Elena. I’m 27 years old and I come from Italy.

I speak Italian and English, and I’m always happy to learn the customs, rhythms and little nuances of the local language wherever I am.

Over the past year I traveled and worked across Australia, living in a van. This experience taught me to appreciate the joy of small things, to feel deeply connected to nature, and to meet people from all over the world — especially Australians. I truly believe that everyone has something to teach.

I’m a very creative and artistic person. I work as a costume designer and I love creating my own jewelry. I can use Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design, and I also enjoy knitting, painting and drawing. Music is a big part of my life, and one of my dreams is to learn how to play an instrument.

I love the ocean and surfing, but I’m equally drawn to the quiet peace of forests and mountains.

I’m hands-on, hardworking and always willing to help. I enjoy sharing stories, cultures and thoughts, and creating genuine connections through simple, everyday moments.

This past year lit a spark inside me. Step by step, I’m learning how to find myself — it’s a long journey, but I’m enjoying the view along the way.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I graduated as a costume designer from an academy in Milan.
I worked for several years in the fashion industry, where I developed strong practical and creative skills.

I can sew both by hand and with a sewing machine, draw and design, create graphics for social media and flyers, and find creative solutions by transforming clothes and materials. I also have experience with knitting and crochet.

I’ve worked in customer service in a gelato shop, which helped me develop good communication skills, adaptability and a friendly, positive attitude when working with people.

Being in contact with nature and working alongside it is one of the things I enjoy the most. I feel comfortable with hands-on work and I’m happy to learn new practical skills, especially in natural or outdoor environments.
