Hello everyone! We are a small family composed of Teresa (61), Seba (30) and Fran (35), we love to travel and get to know different cultures. We live in Calera de Calera de Tango, commune with country style, located in the Province of Maipo, 25 km south of downtown of Santiago. We live in a small plot of 1 hectare where there is avocado cultivation, a small orchard and a large garden. It is a quiet place, next to the Cerros Chena (now an ecological conservation area), there is good access to transport and bicycles at free disposal. At home there are many pets, 6 dogs, 7 cats and some chickens.

Hola a tod@s!! Somos una pequeña familia compuesta por Teresa (63), Seba (32) y Fran (37), amamos viajar y conocer distintas culturas. Vivimos en Calera de Calera de Tango, comuna con estilo campestre, ubicada en la Provincia de Maipo, a 25km al sur del centro de Santiago. Vivimos en una pequeña parcela de 1 hectárea donde hay cultivo de Paltos, una pequeña huerta y un amplio jardín. Es un lugar tranquilo, al lado de los Cerros Chena (actualmente zona de conservación ecológica), hay buen acceso a transporte y bicicletas a libre disposición. En casa hay muchas mascotas, 6 perros, 7 gatos y varias gallinas.

Es un sector poco conocido, lindo y campestre de la Región Metropolitana. Podrán conocer como es el trabajo agrícola de la zona, visitar parques, cerros, Pucara de Chena, Parque Bicentenario Sur y viñas cercanas.

We would love to receive people who can help us practice English or another language and cooperate in something related to household chores (ideal if you know how to cook typical dishes of your country) or in the garden. We are open to your proposals, the place is large and is used for recreational activities, perhaps they can propose some improvement in the facilities, build a game for the patio or things like that.
Nos encantaría recibir a personas que puedan ayudarnos a practicar ingles u otro idioma y que cooperen en algo relacionado a labores del hogar (ideal si saben cocinar platos típicos de su país) o en el jardín. Estamos abiertos a sus propuestas, el lugar es grande y se usa para actividades recreativas, quizás pueden proponer alguna mejora en las instalaciones, construir un juego para el patio o cosas por el estilo.

From Monday to Friday in the morning, a vehicle leaves (free of charge) to the center of Santiago (it reaches 7 blocks from La Moneda) in case you want to know the historical part of the city.
In the plot there are bicycles available to know the surroundings (there are good bike paths).
The best time to visit the place is spring / summer season; that is, from September to March.
De lunes a viernes en la mañana sale un vehículo (sin costo) al centro de Santiago (llega a 7 cuadras de la Moneda) por si quieren conocer la parte histórica de la Ciudad.
En la parcela hay bicicletas a disposición para que conozcan los alrededores (hay buenas ciclovías).
La mejor época para visitar el lugar es temporada primavera/verano; es decir, de Septiembre a Marzo.

Somos un espacio rural y agrícola 🌿. El internet es básico y en ocasiones puede cortarse la luz, además del ruido propio de las labores del campo. Contamos con mesones amplios, espacios al aire libre, rincones tranquilos y naturaleza abundante, ideales para reuniones, trabajo compartido y momentos creativos.
