Hi! My name is Davide Terranova, and together with my girlfriend Rossella Morello, we are an Italian couple with a strong passion for travel, cultural exchange, and meaningful human connections.

I have always been curious about the world and the different ways people live in it. For us, traveling is not just about visiting places, but about understanding them deeply — their culture, traditions, and daily life. I’ve completed two Camino de Santiago routes, experiences that strengthened my adaptability, resilience, and openness toward others. Walking for days across different regions taught me simplicity, respect, and the value of shared experiences — values that Rossella and I both share.

Professionally, I work as a computer engineer, which has made me organized, reliable, and solution-oriented. I’m comfortable with technology and can help with digital tasks if needed (websites, IT support, basic troubleshooting). At the same time, I genuinely enjoy practical, hands-on activities.

Rossella is a nurse, and her profession reflects who she is: caring, responsible, and attentive. She truly enjoys taking care of people and creating a warm and supportive environment. She is adaptable, open to new experiences, curious, and loves traveling. She enjoys hiking in the mountains, snorkeling, sewing, discovering other cultures, cooking, art, music, fashion, and dancing. She brings positive energy, empathy, and creativity to everything she does.

In our free time, we both love spending time in nature — hiking, snorkeling, and exploring new places. We enjoy art, music, reading, and learning new things. We feel comfortable around animals and are happy to take care of them.

Food is one of our biggest shared passions. I love cooking Italian dishes for others, and Rossella loves cooking as well. We would be very happy to share our cuisine, but we are equally excited to learn local recipes and understand the traditions behind them. For us, sharing meals and daily life is one of the most meaningful ways to connect with people.

Through Workaway, we are looking for authentic experiences where we can contribute with commitment, responsibility, and positive energy while learning from the people we meet. We are tidy, respectful, calm, and we value clear communication and mutual trust. We are both adaptable and practical people, and we enjoy contributing in different ways depending on what is needed.

Thanks to my background in computer engineering, I’m confident with computers and technology. I can help with IT support, basic website tasks, troubleshooting, digital organization, or anything tech-related. If there are digital systems to improve or technical issues to solve, I’m happy to take responsibility for that.

At the same time, we both enjoy practical, hands-on work. We are comfortable with painting and simple renovation tasks, and we don’t mind getting our hands dirty. We are also happy to work outdoors, helping with gardening, land work, or general maintenance.

We are fast learners and adapt quickly to new environments and responsibilities. Even if we haven’t done something before, we are proactive, attentive, and we pick things up quickly. We are reliable, organized, respectful, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Overall, we are always ready to help wherever needed and to learn new skills along the way.
