Moin, moin - as we say in Hamburg for Hello!

My name is Dani. I live in the northern part of Germany.

I love to discover life, to learn new skills, meet people, discover different perspectives and thoughts. To dive into other cultures, to arrive in other places, to be there for a while, to exchange ideas, to be with each other's and to help other people in their lives. That's why you find me here. :)

From myself I can tell: I am a skilled craftswoman, I like gardening, can sew, repair bicycles and equipment, paint walls, use drills, saws and hammers, and I am very open to acquiring new skills. I enjoy dancing, playing the piano, sail, love cinema, books, and photography. My kids are grown up, I turned 52, I am married, a vegetarian eater and a nature and animal lover.

When I am in the nature and be with animals or observe them: I am happy. As I live in a metropolis, being outdoor is one very great thing for me. And I like to do sports.

I am an easy, outgoing person, enthusiastic, sensitive and lively and love conversations. I am constantly looking for new thoughts, ideas, new experiences.

What else? I am a good cook, I can cook very popular German dishes very well. I eat almost 30 years vegetarian (I have absolutely no problem with other diets). My English is fine because I spent one year as a student of economics in Glasgow.

Professionally, I work as a money coach for women with a strong value framework of honesty, approachability, independence. I am a finance blogger, business journalist, speaker, and columnist. I run my own online business under the brand “Geldfrau - Frauen können Finanzen” with a learning platform. So I am familiar with all sides of having this kind of business, from the technical side to marketing, social media, design, text, SEO, newsletter, photography, audio and video cutting. I am a former business journalist, working for the biggest public broadcast stations in Germany.

What can I do ... a lot of things :)
- gardening/farm work and animal care since my parents have a huge garden and we always had animals (I love cats and dogs)
- construction work in the house
- repairing things
- sewing and handling fabrics
- cooking, preparing healthy food
- I am good at organizing things ...
- as I am a mother myself I know many things to have fun with kids, I play piano, sing, dance, make sports, watching animals, hiking ....
- sailing
- I am also good at talking to people, caring, looking after them
- many stuffs around Internet and Online-Business like social media, excel, WordPress, blogging, copyright, writing, concepts, ideas
- I have also a sound understanding of computers …

And: I am just a positive enthusiastic person :)

Was noch ...

I am a mother of 3 adult kids, married to a loving husband and run a successful online-business. This gives me space and freedom to discover the world because I can work from anywhere.

I have excellent computer skills and skills in cutting videos and audio and writing SEO optimized texts. As an ex-radio-presenter, I am also trained in handling my voice professionally.

When I am travelling, I continue working on my business. Means, I need some time and a good Wi-Fi. 🙌

PLEASE NOTE: ❌ I'm pleased to help with everything. But I draw the line at cleaning. I tidy up my things, put them away, generally keep things tidy - but please don't consider me to be a cleaner for your house or apartement.
