As a child, I grew up reading books about different parts of the world. I was fascinated with the Pyramids of Egypt and The Great Wall of China, and I dreamed of one day traveling the world.

My house was always very international, with people from all over the world who came for long and short periods of time. Therefore, I was always encouraged to try different foods, learn new languages, and listen to different kinds of music.

Growing up in a small town in Argentina, I always felt a bit restrained, so when I turned 18, I told my parents I wanted to travel. I found a hostel in a small city in Belgium that offered accommodation and food in exchange for work, and I started my journey with absolutely no idea what to expect from it. The experience was very special, so I kept doing things like that in different countries until I decided to settle in Italy. Since my family is originally from Italy, I got citizenship and became familiar with the culture, learning the language, the traditions, and of course, the cooking skills.

Since 2020, I have lived in Florence, where I completed my studies in marketing and communications and began working at Villa Lena, a hotel, restaurant, and non-profit art foundation and residency. After a rewarding year there, I decided it was time to start a new chapter, so I returned to Argentina and applied for a visa to work and travel in Japan for a year.

I'm very interested in anthropology, which drives my curiosity and passion for cultural exchange. I’m fascinated by the many ways that communities connect through tradition, language, and daily practices. Each place I visit or live becomes a new window into understanding humanity more deeply. Therefore, I live surrounded by people from different cultural backgrounds with whom I feel free to discuss politics, the arts, and anything else that makes interesting topics of conversation.

This is just a tiny bit of who I am and what motivates me and makes me happy, but I would love to talk and share further information with anyone interested :)

If I could have a superpower, I would want it to be the capacity to understand and speak every language in the world. I love to immerse myself in a culture different from my own where I don't speak the language, and even if we don't have a language in common, my desire to express myself is so strong that I know for sure I will soon start understanding and speaking at least the basics fast enough to be able to communicate.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I am not very strong, but I am full of energy and will to get things done. I grew up on a farm, so there are many things that I can still do, such as cut wood, take care of animals, and vegetable gardens.

I'm also good at cleaning and organizing because I worked doing the cleaning at some hostels and a luxury clothing store. It was something required that had to be done professionally but besides that, it is something I do with pleasure and gives me a lot of satisfaction. My house is my sacred space, and I always like to keep it clean and tidy.

I also like to cook for my friends, so I'm happy to do a bit of that if needed.

I was the manager of marketing and communications at a successful hotel in Italy, so I'm happy to help with that if necessary.

I would be happy to do anything to help. I am a fast learner and look forward to trying new things.

My favorite thing to do with my free time is to read and write; I enjoy books of all kinds, particularly novels, poetry, psychology, and classics. I also love to go on walks, paint, take photographs, listen to music, play chess, and watch independent movies or old classics.

Usually, I spend a lot of time on my own, but I love good company, and having dinner with my friends always brings me joy.

I also used to take care of dogs and sometimes cats, simply because I love them. I took them out for walks and look after them until their owners return.
