Hi, my name is Chris!

I'm currently working as a recruiter in the hospitality industry and enjoying some of the perks of being a digital nomad. Over the past two years, I've been moving between house/ pet stays and more recently workaway projects. It's been a great way to save on rent, join interesting projects, travel and meet new people!

My current day-job is far from a passion, but allows an interesting and engaging lifestyle for the time being! I'm hoping to get back into social work at some point and would like to integrate animal assisted therapy with frontline work. At the moment, I typically work 4-5 fairly flexible hours, 5 days per week. I'm happy to jump into projects intermittently throughout the day and more consistently once my work day is done and during weekends

I'm interested in community living, caring for animals/ people, sharing movies & shows and enjoy cooking with & for others. I'm always keen to learn new skills and jump into creative projects!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Social worker, experienced in working with homelessness, addictions and group homes for youth & adults. Interested in helping at animal shelters and helping facilitate animal assisted therapy programs down the line. At the moment, I work as a recruiter in the hospitality industry and am enjoying the flexibility of being a digital nomad.

Perpetually working on a music projects and always open to collaborate! I can work with my hands and am happy to help with anything from animal husbandry & child care to construction & vegetable farming.

I have worked with a few different animal shelters in my travels & am comfortable with animals of all temperaments. I'm self sufficient and experienced in working with animals, cooking vegan meals and pride myself in keeping clean, organized spaces wherever I am.
