Beschreibung

We are Chantal and Ybo, entrepreneurs, parents of 3 great children, Dutch, but living in the mountains in Spain. We have been hosting workaway families in the last year and loved this experience. Now we have some time to travel and would love to experience workaway from the other side. To be able to help and to meet people from different cultures and learn from each other. We will travel together with our kids, Sarah (2012), Senna (2013) and Jins (2017). They love to meet and help other kids from other cultures and are used to communicate in other languages or with their hands :-).

We are positive, open minded people, interested in spirituality and other cultures. We are Dutch and grew up in the Netherlands, but Ybo and me have been living in the Dominican Republic for 4 years and now we live since the beginning of 2021 as a family in Spain. We can quite easily adapt to other circumstances and are flexible in whatever we can help with.

We speak several languages (Dutch, English, Spanish, German and Chantal understands a bit French) and love to learn (or teach) more. The kids speak Dutch, English (Sarah and Senna) and Spanish (all three).

I, Chantal, am a coach and therapist and I teach courses working on healing trauma's and other life problems. I also have some knowledge about growing vegetables and fruits since we have a vegetable garden here and quite some fruit trees. At our farm we have different animals (chickens, dogs, cats, horses, a pig, guinea pigs), so I also know how to take care of animals. Furthermore I like cooking, I'm very much into healthy food and can help with anything regarding animals, children, house hold things, etc.

Ybo is an entrepreneur having a lot of experience with many online things and he is very handy. Although our son Jins is quite small, he is also super handy and he is used to help Ybo with making or repairing things.

I can teach English and Dutch and also some Spanish. When the kids join, they can also help with teaching by playing and talking to other children in English and Spanish.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I (Chantal) work with hypnotherapy, regression therapy, energy work, NLP and psychology. I can also teach since I teach courses and know a bit about Facebook marketing and making online courses. Furthermore I have some knowledge about growing vegetables and taking care of different animals. I can also help taking care of children or doing household chores. Furthermore I like cooking and baking and I'm pretty good in improvising.

Ybo is super handy, knows a bit about everything regarding fixing and making things in and around the house. He is also pretty good in some internet related things.

Jins (2017) is also very handy, knows how to handle tools such as a drill, screwdriver and saw.

Sarah (2012) is very social, smart and good with other children in all ages and good with animals like dogs and horses. She also knows a bit about helping in the vegetable garden. She learns languages easily and can help others with that as well

Senna (2013) is also social and very good in teaching small children things. She has been teaching Jins many things, from diving and riding the bike until singing songs or doing a game. She is also very good with animals.
