We are currently at home in Germany and would love to travel to either Croatia, Greece, or Portugal since we haven't been there before and love the sun.
Beschreibung
Our names are Lena (24) and Till (22) we are two siblings and decided to travel and volunteer a bit before we both have to begin full-time jobs after the summer holidays.
Lena studies social-work in Hannover and works part-time in a womens shelter for women who suffer from domestic violence. Till does an apprenticeship as an educator for children and young adults that can't live with their parents anymore.
In our spare time we both like to do sport, while Lena enjoys running, cycling and dancing Till rather goes to the gym and does weight lifting and plays handball in a team with his friends.
We are both open for new experiences and getting to know new people, we are fast learners and love working with other people and/or animals.

We are interested in learning new languages especially Spanish and Turkish. Our mother-tongue is German and we both learned English since the third grade. We both started to learn different languages and would love to evolve that (Lena: Turkish and Till: Spanish).

Was könntest du arbeiten?
Lena studies social work at the moment. She began her journey by babysitting when she was 13 years old and has not stopped since. Because she loves working with children she also volunteered to work at a childrens psychiatry for over a year. Next to school she worked at a bakery for five years where she had a lot of responsebility regarding cleaning, baking and organising, which she also really enjoyed. For the last year before she started to study she used to work as a foundraiser travelling through Germany and collecting financial means for NGOs especially for children. At the moment she works at a womens shelter for women who suffer from domestic violence, at the shelter the work consists of a lot of houskeeping work.
Tills work focuses more on care work. He worked mostly with children and teenagers, for example in a youth centre where young people could spend theire free time, there he was able to get a certificate for teaching climbing and teach groups of teenagers. He also worked in "Residential group" (we hope that that is the right term) where boys between the ages of seven and fifteen live, where he will start his full-time job in the beginning of august. Till also does a lot of building and garden work in his free time, recently for example he helped one of his friends to build a new garage and he regulary supports our grandparents with splitting wood etc.
We both also worked together at festivals and did the constructions, so we both are used to physical work. We can also imagine to work with animals because we both grew up next to dogs, cats, reptiles, fishes etc. and our parents and grandparents still have dogs which are partly from a shelter from Hungary.
We are able to pick up work fast und keep a cool mind while stressfull situations, we love learning new things and don´t shy away from hard work.

Was noch ...
We both really enjoy to go hiking and swimming. We love being in nature and being able to relax and unwind for a bit. Another one of our hobbies is reading, from fiction to non-fiction, we just love learning new things and experience life in all the different aspects!
I (Lena) would also enjoy picking up new cooking skills with recepies from different cultures but also gardening skills. I also did Yoga for a year and would enjoy picking that up again.
