My biggest motivation with Workaway is meeting new people. Let me briefly explain what's so cool about it. I believe that people develop best when they meet new people and/or need to get out of their comfort zone. You start to discover many different points of view and become a bit more emphatic/reflective each time. And happiness for me is just being happy with myself. This includes experiencing successes in any perspective, whether it is successfully contributing to a society or learning languages. The last important point to be happy is sport, for me sport is a great passion and balance in life.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

What are my experiences?
I was allowed to look into some companies and work there. Here is a small list:
I have worked in a kindergarten, in a carbon steel plant, in two restaurants in the kitchen area and on.
In addition, my grandparents had a farm, so I have experience on a farm with animals. Also, I grew up in a rural area (our house borders the forest) where you have a lot to do with animals and nature.
Lastly, I have some travel experience, alone or with several people, for example I have been to Israel, Spain, Italy, Austria, France, Switzerland, Croatia, Slovenia and to the Netherlands.
Thus, I would also call myself independent, since I have already vacationed alone in Spain, Austria and France.



What are my skills?
I am a very social person and good with people.
Another skill is my motivation, many people describe me as very motivated and that I accordingly bring a lot of energy and infect others with it.
In addition, I am very ambitious and can do things thoroughly (sometimes a bit too thoroughly).
Also I cook from time to time even if only simpler things like pizza, pancakes, casserole), and I often do household tasks. Another skill is that I am basic with most tools and have motor skills.
It should also be mentioned that I go to Austria several times a year to a small cottage and scythe/chop wood/collect mushrooms and do gardening. Also my endurance characterizes me as a person e.g. in relation to physical work.
And I can also take the responsibility or lead a group from time to time, as I have been a captain of a soccer team for a long time or a supervisor (out of 5) for 50 young people skiing.
As a last point I would like to let you know that I am very interested in sports and health and have acquired some knowledge here (food, writing training plans myself, movement analysis, ...).
