Hi, I'm a 29 years old primary school teacher taking a sabbatical year to discover the world and exploring new horizons. I did a month of Workaway in Norway back in 2018 and I loved it, that's why I want to reiterate that experience. It's a great way to travel alone and still meet people and to experience the life of a country like a local.
I'm very curious, I love learning and teaching skills, languages and recipes. I used to work in chemistry before being a teacher so I have a scientific mind, but I'm being more and more open to my literary and artistic sides theses past years.
I have a passion for cinema, I watch movies every day that I can. I's a great way to travel while staying in your couch and explore the imaginary.
I love cooking, it's a time when I can relax and take my mind off work. I experiment a lot, trying new recipes from all over the world. I use only seasonal fruits and vegetables witch forces me to be creative and sometimes go off the beaten tracks. I cook only vegetarian food at home but I'm open to anything when invited or at a restaurant.
I'm not very sporty, or rather haven't been theses past years, but I often go on hike in the countryside or in the mountains.

As part of my job, I teach English to schoolchildren so I can teach any language I know to children. I also could teach French to anyone at any level. I'm open to learning any language but especially Spanish since it's a useful language to travel

Was könntest du arbeiten?
Being a primary school teacher for 6 years now, i can obviously teach a lot things and take care of kids. I can also do trainings for adults on things a already know how to do.
I can cook healthy food, I do that almost every day. I can take care of a home, get groceries, clean, do the dishes and the laundry.
I worked as a chemist in a lab so I can do basic scientific tasks.
Gardening is something I'm interested in even though I haven't done it a lot outside of my houseplants and the school vegetable garden.
I did some basic farming activities during a previous workaway in Norway, cutting grass, small trees and firewood, painting walls.
I also worked in retail for two summers in a book shop.
