We are Felix and Ailina from Germany and are both 27 years old. We love to spend time in the nature either hiking, running, climbing, cycling or playing all kind of ball sports!

Felix is originally from eastern Germany and was working as a nursery gardener in Dresden. This included sawing trees and also climbing them to saw. He has a lot of knowledge about plants and animals and loves to study nature and its facettes. As gardening is not enough being-outside for him, he was also working as tour guide in the saxony switzerland for cave tours and fixed rope tours. He has a lot of knowledge about the rocks, sights and backgrounds of the saxony switzerland. Furthermore he is actually a really funny guy who loves to joke around and talk a lof of garbage as soon as he warmed up! He loves to play with children as he also still is one in his heart. Felix is loving, very open-minded and interested in everything that is around him.

Ailina is originally from Hamburg and from a total different professional field. She studied fashion management and was dedicating her life to selling shoes and then finally designing and technically construct them at Birkenstock. However, her heart beats for nature and travelling. She spent 10 months in New Zealand and working on vineyards, cow farms, cherry fiels, apple fields and working as babysitter. She was constantly working with farm animals and was most of the time harvesting the fruits or caring about smaller plants.

We both are so curious about anything that has to do with animals, farming, harvesting, plant care and and and.... :)

Ailina is fluent in English, speaking at a business level, and holds a certification to prove her proficiency. She has frequently provided English tutoring, sharing her knowledge and helping others improve their language skills. In addition to her strong command of English, Ailina has explored other languages by taking courses in Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian. While she appreciates the beauty of these languages, she humbly describes her proficiency in them as a work in progress, continually seeking opportunities to enhance her skills. Ailina’s passion for languages reflects her curiosity and commitment to personal growth.

Felix possesses a diverse skill set and a deep passion for nature. He is skilled in tree care and holds a climbing certificate, ensuring safety and expertise during outdoor activities. With his chainsaw always at hand, he is well-equipped for various gardening and forestry tasks.

His extensive knowledge of plants and animals is backed by several semesters of forestry studies and a formal apprenticeship as a horticulturist. This academic background, combined with hands-on experience, allows him to approach challenges with confidence and insight.

In addition to his technical skills, Felix leads climbing and caving tours in the stunning Saxon Switzerland, sharing his love for adventure with others. He is highly sociable, enjoys meeting new people, and thrives in collaborative environments. Felix looks forward to building connections and learning from everyone he encounters.

Ailina has a strong background in fashion management, which has equipped her with a keen eye for design and detail. Her extensive experience in shoe retail has further deepened her understanding of footwear, culminating in her role in the technical modeling department at Birkenstock. There, she expertly designed and optimized shoes for production, merging creativity with technical precision.

After graduating high school, Ailina spent 10 months in New Zealand, immersing herself in a Work and Travel experience. During her time there, she fully embraced the agricultural lifestyle, working on cherry and apple farms throughout the entire harvest season. She also gained hands-on experience on a dairy farm with 400 cows, where she fed calves and participated in the early morning and afternoon milking routines. Additionally, she worked at various vineyards, caring for young plants and learning the art of pruning.

Beyond her agricultural experiences, Ailina has often worked as a babysitter, showcasing her nurturing side and ability to connect with children. She has also completed two internships in a kindergarten and an elementary school, further enhancing her skills in working with young learners. Her diverse experiences have fostered her adaptability and appreciation for hard work, making her eager to take on new challenges. Ailina thrives in team settings and loves connecting with others, sharing her experiences, and learning from different cultures.

Was noch ...

We love staying active and enjoying the outdoors. We often play volleyball, spike ball, and table tennis, always up for a friendly match. We also appreciate the arts and enjoy attending theater performances and museum exhibitions, finding inspiration in creative expression.

We cherish spending time with friends and love dancing together. Engaging in deep conversations and sharing laughs comes naturally to us, as we consider ourselves very socially compatible. Nature plays a significant role in our lives, and we relish opportunities to explore the great outdoors. Whether it’s hiking through scenic landscapes or camping under the stars, we embrace adventures that allow us to connect with nature and each other.
