Hi there! I’m a 19-year-old girl living in the countryside! I’ve studied natural sciences for three years and I’m motivated by school as well as my role and accomplishments as a daughter, sister, and friend. I love spending time with my family, playing fetch with my dog, and going out on evening boat rides during the summer. I would describe myself as a down-to-earth person who laughs easily. I truly believe that life should be lived to the fullest every single day! I don’t take things too seriously. 🙌🏼

I really enjoy being around children and often take care of my little cousins. I’m also very eager to try working abroad, which makes being an au pair in Barcelona a very appealing job for me! I think Barcelona seems like an amazing city, and I really like Spain in general. I’m absolutely open to other cities and countries as well!

I speak fluent Swedish and English, and I’ve also studied some Spanish. I’m new to Workaway – a friend recommended it to me. I think it seems like a very efficient and safe platform! I’m so excited to meet new people and learn about new cultures, and especially try new food. Oh and yes - I love food too!😋

Where should I start… Just kidding haha. I’ve done an internship at a preschool. I’ve worked—and still work—as a janitor, so I mow lawns, pull weeds, and do other super fun stuff. Just kidding again, I do enjoy working with my hands and listening to a good podcast while doing it.☺️

I’ve also worked at a bakery for a few summers, where I greeted customers, handed out candy to kids, and packed cookies. On top of that, I regularly cleaned a cottage during two rental periods.

I’d say I’m good at working with my hands—I’m not afraid of hard work, but I also enjoy sitting down and doing crafts, like making Christmas decorations with my mom. I have a good sense of how to interact with people, and my friends often describe me as a good listener.

I’ve also organized a few successful surprise parties and taught my dog all the tricks she knows.🥳

I realized I forgot to say that I also would enjoy help someone else improve their english! Not that I’m the best but I think it would be very fun and rewarding.🤩
