  I am a retired nurse educator and love travel and am interested in different cultures and can help you with written and spoken English.
  I live in a mostly quiet neighborhood, so this exchange would suite a quietish person or couple. My home is near the lake , Swim Centre, bakery, gymnasium and a 10 minute drive to Shelley Beach, trendy cafes, major shopping centres, cinemas etc. I live within walking distance of Mingara Club, which offers, swimming, yoga, aquarobics, gym.
  I live with my daughter who can speak German.
  I am interested in hosting a couple or single person who takes pride in their work and can help with some small painting jobs, planting small trees and hanging small shelves. I can provide clean private accommodation,private bathroom, breakfast, and language exchange.

  Unterkunft

  A private freshly painted room in the house with a queensized bed. There is an external shower/laundry/ toilet for your use. You are able to use the kitchen for cooking if you would like or I will cook for you. I am happy to buy the ingredients so that you can cook for us on occasion. Cereal, milk, eggs and bread will be provided for breakfast . There is a toaster, kettle and airfryer in your room. The deck and back garden is there for your enjoyment.

  During your time off you could catch the bus to the lake, beach, picture theatre, clubs, gym, restaurants or cafes. You could even catch the train to Sydney or Newcastle. No smoking please and social drinking is fine.
