Hi, Hola, Salut, Hallo Kitesurfing can make you addicted. When you look at a kitesurfer with curiosity, we are happy to welcome you in Cabo de la Vela, indigenous territory of the Wayuu, La Guajira. I am Jorge, Wayuu from Cabo de la Vela, and I have been a Kitesurfer for 10 years. Together with my wife Sabrina, from Switzerland we have the Kitesurf School in front of the sea. If you want to learn more about my culture and kitesurfing, we will be happy to welcome you.

El kitesurf puede hacerte adicto. Cuando miras a un kitesurfer con curiosidad, estamos felices de darte la bienvenida en el Cabo de la Vela, territorio indígena de los Wayuu, La Guajira. Soy Jorge, Wayuu del Cabo de la Vela, y soy Kitesurfista desde hace 15 años. Junto con mi esposa Sabrina, de Suiza tenemos la Escuela de Kitesurf frente al mar. Si quieres aprender más sobre mi cultura y el kitesurf, estaremos encantados de recibirte.

Exchange with the Wayuu culture. All the people who work here are Wayuu. That is why it is important that you speak basic Spanish. Get in touch with fishermen and Wayuu women who sell handmade bags. We teach you some wayuunaiki and basic Spanish and you learn to live in the desert, the basic life.
Intercambio con la cultura Wayuu. Todas las personas que trabajan aquí son wayuu. Por eso es importante que hables español basico. Entra en contacto con los pescadores y las mujeres wayuu que venden bolsos artesanales. Te enseñamos algo de wayuunaiki y español básico y aprendes a vivir en el desierto, la vida básica.
Arbeit
YOGA: Tenemos un espacio de Yoga, si estas instructor/a de Yoga estas bienvendia.
SOCIAL MEDIA: ayuda con tomar foto/video y post de Instagram Y Facebook. Si eres profesional de Social Media, escribenos.
INGLES: si eres professor de ingles o professor de educacion, podemos organisar un workshop.
Puedes aprender kitesurf con un descuento especial del 20% o si ya sabes kitesurf, puedes alquilar.

Unterkunft
Chinchorro (large hammock) in a cabin shared with other volunteers. We have a kitchen to cook. Bring some food and water from Riohacha. Breakfast is included Do not forget that we are in the right place is very basic
Chinchorro (hamaca de gran tamaño) en cabaña compartida con otros voluntarios. Tenemos cocina para cocinar. Trae algo de comida y agua de Riohacha. El desayuno está incluido No olvides que estamos en el decierto el lugar es muy basico

We have high seasons and low seasons, and sometimes quiet days followed by busy days. So you'll have time to hit the local beaches, learn to kitesurf (20% off) or just wander around.
Tenemos temporadas altas y temporadas bajas, y a veces días tranquilos seguidos de días de trabajo. Así que tendrás tiempo para ir a las playas locales, aprender a hacer kitesurf (30% de descuento) o simplemente pasear.
