  We are an English family of five who have been living in the Morvan Nature Parc, in Burgundy, France for almost 20 years. Our home is a former farm, with a house, large barn and gardens.. We are looking for an individual, couple or two friends, reasonably fit and strong and preferably non-smokers, to help with some or all of the following:
  
  1) gardening
  -creating raised beds
  -working with compost
  -planting, weeding, etc.
  -hedge and grass cutting
  
  2) renovation and light building work
  - working with stone and concrete
  - woodwork and carpentry
  - painting and decorating
  
  3) General maintenance and housework
  - cleaning
  - food conservation
  - kitchen work
  - Vehicle maintenance

  Your english and french-speaking hosts are very experienced in gardening, house renovation, catering and furniture making with many skills to transmit. We are well integrated with the local community.
  
  The Morvan is a beautiful, rugged and unspoilt part of France with superb walking a cycling routes, lakes and forests. We are in a fairly remote location, 22km from the nearest town although our local viallges provide some basic services and supplies. The air is very pure, the nights are very very dark.
  
  We are musicians (classical) so you would be welcome to bring your instrument and have a place to practice, etc .

  Unterkunft

  We offer comfortable accommodation in an independent en-suite studio apartment with wifi, etc. Use of a vehicle may be possible at times. We will provide food and drink and ask you to join a vegetarian family meal a few times a week.

  We are fairly isolated so a car or bikes would be an advantage for visiting the many local sites.
  Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings or grounds;
