Hello! I have a little home in a quiet area of Nova Scotia. I often need help in the garden and the house! I am a yoga teacher and life coach as well. I speak fluent French, English and Spanish.
I work 4 days a week and sometimes travel for work, as well. I generally need more help and have more space in April, May, June, September and October. July and August are usually on a case by case basis and a bit more last minute.

I speak 3 languages, know the area pretty well, and am happy to take workawayers on adventures. I usually hike and yoga every day and eat healthy food! We have walkable access here to the beach and a lake, so it is a good place for those who like nature.
Arbeit
I need some help around the house - some handiness would be great. I am doing some painting projects, mostly, and some fixing of things, hanging of things, gardening. Anyone who has handy skills, EG knows anything about building and renovating will be super appreciated and possibly paid - for example for this kind of stay I would forgo renting the basement apartment and leave it to you, etc, To be discussed. I also need help with cleaning, the house is cleaned once a week and occasionally deep cleaning things like windows, cupboards, etc. There is a lot to do in the garden and I don't have much experience but we can figure it out together!
I am more interested in completed projects than hours worked.
Sometimes I need a dog / house sitter when I travel.

Unterkunft
There are a few options at my place: when there are no guests for rent you can use this suite and have your own bathroom, as long as you clean everything after, if not I have a small private guest room, that I use as an office during the day but the afternoons and evenings is private. Finally there is lots of room to camp. Depending on when you are planning to travel.

It would be nice to have a car here, though if you don't you can catch a ride into town with me, you can walk to beaches and the lake, and I will try to get some bicycles.
For arrival and departure, we need to coordinate which days and times there are buses to Hubbards, as it is not every day. Depending on when you arrive I may be able to pick you up in a nearby town, but this will depend on my work schedule, so always good for us to check before booking your final travel.

I stayed with Rivkah for a few days and we rapidly became good friends.
Communication was easy, work was fair and pretty fun (we did some tasks together), we shared great meals ( she is an amazing cook!) and inspiring conversations.

Marc helped with some minor home renos (painting, shelves, etc) and did the cleaning for my bed and breakfast. I would trust him with my home anytime! You'd be lucky to have Marc on your team :)
