  We are one of the highest rated organic farms in Caprese Michelangelo as it is a truly unique and magical place. We are surrounded by nature with endless miles of hiking trails starting at our own doorstep. There are rivers, waterfalls, natural pools and many other amazing spots that you can explore in your free time. And, although we all work hard and expect the same from our volunteers, you will learn a lot and have the satisfaction of achieving something that you will be proud of for a long time to come!
  
  Marc & I are life-long entrepreneurs with over 40 years of experience in design, hospitality, and start-ups. And this our latest venture. We are looking for volunteers who are curious, eager to learn and not afraid to get their hands dirty to share in the joy and challenges of running a successful organic farmhouse. We have also travelled to more than 90 different countries and love to share our experiences with you.
  
  We have worked with many volunteers from different parts of the world, and found the experience very rewarding. We usually ask for 5-6 hours of work per day from our volunteers, with 1 -2 days off per week and in exchange, we provide full board and meals + 9 euro per hour
  You will be staying in a 3 bedroom apartment with its own kitchen, living area and shared bathroom. During your free time, you will have access to the beautiful nature that surrounds the property.

  We offer Workawayers a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the rhythms of Tuscan rural life. We are a small, family-run agriturismo, and we treat our volunteers as integral part of our operations. We are looking for curious, energetic and hard working individuals who are not afraid to take on new challenges and to get their hands "dirty". Workawayers will have the chance to learn about organic farming, and the day-to-day running of a countryside hospitality business. We love sharing stories and our experiences in running multiple successful businesses in different parts of the world. Marc & I are also new to Italy and farming, but we have travelled to more than 90 different countries and worked with amazing clients in design, hotels, and other sectors.
  
  We also offer 9 Euro per hour as well as meals and shared accommodation in a 3 bedroom apartment that we have set aside for our volunteers and workawayers. You will have your own kitchen, a shared bathroom and living room. As there are 3 bedrooms, depending on how many other individuals we are currently hosting, you may also share your bedroom.

  Arbeit

  URGENTLY NEEDED: Organic farm/agritourismo located in Valtiberina Toscana (province of Arezzo) is looking for a seasonal helper (immediately until the end of October) to help out with the following:
  
  -Server/bartender and Kitchen hand -- experience in both service (wait staff and bartending) and kitchen clean up (dishwashing) in restaurants or hotels.
  
  Must be available immediately, able and willing to work flexible hours and split shifts; work on weekends, and at night.
  Must also speak conversational English. Experience in Hotel or Hospitality industry preferred.
