We are one of the highest rated organic farms in Caprese Michelangelo as it is a truly unique and magical place. We are surrounded by nature with endless miles of hiking trails starting at our own doorstep. There are rivers, waterfalls, natural pools and many other amazing spots that you can explore in your free time. And, although we all work hard and expect the same from our workawayers, you will learn a lot and have the satisfaction of achieving something that you will be proud of for a long time to come!
Marc & I are life-long entrepreneurs with over 40 years of experience in design, hospitality, and start-ups. And this our latest venture. We are looking for volunteers who are curious, eager to learn and not afraid to get their hands dirty to share in the joy and challenges of running a successful organic farmhouse. We have also travelled to more than 90 different countries and love to share our experiences with you.
We have worked with many individuals from different parts of the world, and found the experience very rewarding. We usually ask for 5-6 hours of work per day from our Workawayers (more hours may be required based on needs), with 1 -2 days off per week. In exchange, we provide full board and meals + €150 for the first 25 hours per week, and €9/hour for any additional hours.
You will be staying in a 3 bedroom apartment with its own kitchen, living area and shared bathroom. During your free time, you will have access to the beautiful nature that surrounds the property.

We offer Workawayers a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the rhythms of Tuscan rural life. We are a small, family-run agriturismo, and we treat our volunteers as integral part of our operations. We are looking for curious, energetic and hard working individuals who are not afraid to take on new challenges and to get their hands "dirty". Workawayers will have the chance to learn about organic farming, and the day-to-day running of a countryside hospitality business. We love sharing stories and our experiences in running multiple successful businesses in different parts of the world. Marc & I are also new to Italy and farming, but we have travelled to more than 90 different countries and worked with amazing clients in design, hotels, and other sectors.

OPENINGS FOR OUR 2026 SEASON -- MARCH - OCTOBER
We are currently looking to fill the following openings for our 2026 season:
-Housekeeper -- to clean our guest rooms, but also public areas as well as the owner's private residence.
-Kitchen help: Dishwasher, prep, and clean the kitchen
-Front of the house "all-around"er: everything from handling administrative (reservations, check in/out, guest communication), social media + promos, to preparing drinks and serving food.
-Farm help/handyman: to care and maintain our organic gardens, micro greens, fruit orchard, olive grove, as well as keeping all outdoor areas clean, and able to handle small/quick repairs.
The ideal candidates must have a valid work visa or are EU citizens who are able to work in Italy, fluent or conversational English, have some experience and applicable skills in the hospitality industry, willing to work flexible hours and split shifts and available for at least 3 months if not the entire season.
We offer full board (shared/private accommodations in our 3 bed rooms apartment) and meals, €150 per week for the first 25 hours of work and any additional hours at €9 euro per hour.
