We are in Lunigiana mountain 860 h on the Francigena pilgrim way near Passo della Cisa and 20 minutes to Pontremoli 40 minutes to the sea. Fabio has just bought this oldnobile style Villa. He is 61 just retired and I'm Sabrina 55 years old.We are from Emilia .we are here for the pure air, richness of pure water,land,wood next to this big house that can host many people.we would like to have other people living here and help to organise events regarding art, gardening,food forest,healing,spiritual,music,sustainable living.Veg diet is required.no smoke.We need help for many works outdoors and taking care of our two ponies and develope the project. The Villa is in the tiny Lunigiana village of Montelungo .we love animals,gardening,we will soon plant fruit trees.we leave with cats in the house.the mobile works very well. The place is good also for smart work.
We have two e-bikes. In Pontremoli 20 minutes from here there is a train station.in the summer there are rivers for bathing. The house is in the wood.
