I stayed there for two month and this was a great experience. Cadiz is wonderful, among the best food and historical past. The team was welcoming and helpful. I Loved that the job was only in the morning so I can have the rest of the day free. I would definitely recommend this workaway and would love to come back!

Great people, good vibes and the perfect location. I had only planned on staying with Cangrejo and Elsa for a couple of weeks, by which time their beautiful city and infectious personalities had taken me hostage.

Being trusted to complete my tasks without supervision and having the freedom to make my own decisions allowed me to completely immerse myself in the work without thought of hours left in the day or the quantity of work remaining. The responsibility given to me was the ultimate motivating factor and is a credit to Cangrejo and Elsa.
Arriving in December I was greeted by Cangrejo's parents, Danny and Debbie, who were visiting from across the pond. I had the pleasure of working with them for the first couple of weeks and was greeted at their flat every morning with a much needed cup of coffee and a thorough briefing of the day's work from the OG boss, Debbie. Thank you both for making me feel so welcome.
Living at Cadizfornia was extremely refreshing. The house consisted of around 10 people during my time there, all from different places with varying interests and contrasting personalities. Ideal for people who want to converse and learn new things, but equally as good if you just want to chill and enjoy your own company and space.
For me, though, the best thing about this workaway was the hosts. Cangrejo and Elsa are two of the kindest, most genuine people I have had the pleasure of meeting on my travels. From spending evenings with you and your friends eating delicious food cooked by the crab himself, to drinking, having a laugh and playing pool until the early hours. My time with you guys in Cadiz couldn't have been any better, so thank you!
