Beschreibung
I am a university professor in the northern Amazon of Ecuador, usually I always have research projects. These are focused on biodiversity and all its problems due to human activities. Before contacting me, I recommend you to read a little about the activities and topics I work on: you can look for me as Carlos Mestanza-Ramón. I am currently working on the use of oil spills and water bodies. I live in a house next to a river near the city of Nueva Loja (Sucumbíos-Ecuador), in my house I have animals such as chickens, sheep, fish, dogs, a cat. In addition I am trying to set up a place for tourist purposes on the beach and rooms for rent.
The collaboration of the volunteers will be from Monday to Friday 5 hours a day from 07h00 to 12h00. The activities will be to feed the animals, help with maintenance and construction. And when I have field trips for research purposes they will be able to accompany me along with my university students.

Soy un profesor de universidad en la Amazonía norte de Ecuador, por lo general siempre tengo proyectos de investigación. Estos están enfocados en la biodiversidad y todos sus problemas por las actividades humanas. Antes de ponerte en contacto conmigo, te recomiendo leas un poco sobre las actividades y temas que trabajo: puedes buscarme como Carlos Mestanza-Ramón. En la actualidad trabajo en temas de uso de derrames petrolero y afectación a cuerpos hídricos. Vivo en una casa junto a un río cerca a la ciudad de Nueva Loja (Sucumbíos-Ecuador), en mi casa tengo animales cómo gallinas, ovejas, peces, perros, un gato. Adicional intento poner a punto un lugar para fines turísticos en la playa y habitaciones para rentar.
La colaboración de los voluntarios será de lunes a viernes 5 horas al día de 07h00 a 12h00. Las actividades serán alimentar los animales, ayudar en temas de mantenimiento y construcción. Y cuando tenga salidas de campo por temas de investigación podrán acompañarme junto con mis estudiantes de universidad. -

Leah es una señorita muy amable y respetuosa. Lastimosamente solo visitamos una cascada por cuanto aún no tenía salidas de campo, pero fue una semana agradable. Exitos en todo Leah.
